To offer an alternative to the usual locations, the Caffè Morin of Forte dei Marmi takes the field with its New Year Versilia 2019. The proposal focuses on the dinner and is divided into 2 menus, sea and land, higher level. It ranges from salmon marinated to 5 peppers to the bar of lard on crumble bread with rosemary, from the sea chest (sea bass, prawns, prawns and vegetables) to pork knot in a crust with new potatoes and caramel pop vien.
