The Versiliana Festival and 9 Muse present REFLEXO, the new choreographic work by Stefano Puccinelli with Keos Dance Project:
The clear water reflects an image that takes his breath away, he thinks he is looking at someone else, but it is nothing other than the image of himself reflected, he falls in love with what he sees, losing himself in the abyss of his reflection. (cit.)
Now each of us is Narcissus and the abyss opens up not from the reflection on the water, but from the small screen of our smartphones.
This is the concept of REFLEXO, the new choreographic work by Stefano Puccinelli, in which his young dancers/performers are pushed into a physical and mental dialogue with themselves.
They are the solicitations, we can also say the perversions, which arise from the use/abuse of this small tool of connection with the world, which are transformed into a scene through an ostentatious display of the body.
The stylistic code follows a complex gestural path that shows the sensual aspect.
The evocative architectural context of the cloister of Sant'Agostino, which hosts the event of this world premiere, allows the spectator to be very close to the dancers, thus enjoying a total perception that guarantees an immersive experience.
