Barley with vegetable curry.
Mediterranean crostini.
Quadruccio of vegetable pie.
Tris of cured meats accompanied by triangles of rosemary focaccia.

Risotto with the aroma of basil and toasted pine nuts.
- Second:
Roast loin on salad.
