Description:
We are pleased to announce that the Onirica Film Festival awards ceremony will be held on September 13th at 8:00 pm at the Nuovo Cinema Garibaldi, located in Via Verdi, 15C, 54033 Carrara (MS).
Admission is free and participants will have the unique opportunity to meet the directors of the nominated films who will be present in the room. The Onirica Film Festival, now in its new edition, invites you to explore the fascinating and complex theme of the dream world.
As suggested by the words of August Strindberg, the festival celebrates creativity without limits: "Everything can happen, everything is possible and probable. Time and space do not exist; on a minimal basis of reality, imagination draws new patterns."
This visionary spirit will be at the heart of the evening, where a jury of experts will award the films that have best embodied the theme of the dream, exploring the boundaries of the unconscious and alternative realities.
Also inspired by the reflections of Erich Fromm and Carl Gustav Jung, the films in competition will offer a variety of interpretations of the dream world, from the brightest utopias to the deepest introspections.
The Onirica Film Festival is not just a cultural event, but a true creative laboratory, a place where "the fears and darkest sides of ourselves and the world we live in merge with contexts of light, open and proactive visions, in short utopian."
Alessio Bonini, born in 1986, is the founder of the Onirica Film Festival and the Art-Hub association. An international artist, his passion for art was influenced early on by his grandfather, Franco G. Rossi, known as Francus, who worked with icons such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein.
Bonini explores the relationship between the interior and exterior world, honing his talent through personal studies and collaborations with masters such as Professor Massimo Bertonati.
Throughout his career, he has experimented with various artistic techniques, from dripping to clay modeling, always keeping alive the search for new sources of inspiration.
Bonini has obtained numerous awards, exhibiting his works in international exhibitions and participating in urban redevelopment and social initiatives. Together with Alessandra De Feo, he founded Art-Hub, an organization evolved from the original Carneviola Art Gallery & Creative Lab. Art-Hub is an innovative platform that aims to promote contemporary art and support emerging artists.
The association has already had a significant impact on the Carrara community, thanks to initiatives such as the Emotional Painting course held this year at the free beach of Fossa Maestra in Marina di Carrara.
This course, curated and managed personally by Alessio Bonini, attracted a varied audience, both local and external, fascinated and subsequently impressed by the introspective depth and the didactic capacity of the course.
Bonini, with her attention and care as a teacher, was able to guide the participants on an artistic journey that revealed new creative and personal horizons.
